We are so proud of the group that is graduating from the BRIDGES OF NY Program.

Bridges will be having the 2012 bi-annual graduation ceremonies on 05/20/2012 & 12/09/2012 for the clients of Bridges of New York in Freeport who have successfully completed the program. The graduation will be held at the Church of the Intercessor, 50 St. Thomas Place, Malverne, NY 11520 in the Parish Hall which is located downstairs.

The time will be 1 pm. Please come out to show your support. Hope to see you all there.
